Refund policy

Welcome to The Oil Producers. We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Below you will find our return and refund policy to guide you through the process.

1. Returns:

• You have the right to return your purchase within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Please contact us in advance at hello@theoilproducers.nl to report the return.

2. Defective or Damaged Products:

• If you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with instructions for the return and arrange for a replacement or refund.

3. Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned product.
• The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Shipping Costs:

• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged. In that case, we will reimburse the return shipping costs.

5. Order Cancellation:

• If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount.
